Roxbury Remodel
Full gut remodel of personal residence for resale. Added post and beams to create open layout in otherwise, small/closed space. Reassigned living room to rear of home for privacy from busy street and increased connection to private backyard with pool. Turned original living room at front into office. Created airbnb inside existing detached poolhouse. Finished basement to create attached airbnb.
